Role
Amanah XData is a rapidly emerging Financial Technology Solutions Provider. As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will be the Lead Individual responsible for sales of company products and services throughout the UAE.
Job description
. Develop and execute the sales plan for the UAE market
. Structure and manage the sales & account management department
. Lead the sales and account management team
. Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities
. Responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure of sales
. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
. Continue to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction after closure of sales
. Maintain a working relationship with key business partners
. Work closely with the product management team to address client requirements and provide timely feedbacks on products/services
. Report monthly on the sales activities to the CEO
Candidate Profile and Experience
. Sales and marketing driven, strong personality, result-oriented, and a drive to take an emerging company forward on to the next level
. 4-6 years of local sales and account management experience out of which 2 years should be in a IT solutions providing company catering to the financial community
. Strong understanding of customer and regional market dynamics pertinent to the industry
. A proven track record of sales experience with outstanding success rate
. Knowledge of methodologies and tools used in a datacenter environment would be beneficial
. A good understanding of the UAE corporate culture with the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English is a must
. Should possess a valid UAE driving license
. Should be open to travel within the UAE and other GCC countries
Educational Qualifications
. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
. Master’s Degree in Marketing preferred although not essential
