Amanah XData, a rapidly emerging Financial Technology Solutions Provider, is looking for an experienced Account Manager for Riyadh, KSA who will be a key interface with the client, and will serve as a focal point for contractual and financial issues

Job Description
. Manage existing accounts, ensuring contract renewal and ongoing customer satisfaction
. Achieve assigned sales quota by driving sales within existing customer base and bringing new revenue opportunities with prospective clients.
. Plan and coordinate overall activities related to the monthly/quarterly/yearly production of invoices & billing.
. Carry out other business support functions like project management, coordination of service provision, proposal preparation and contract negotiation
. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively consult on expanding their business capabilities with implementation of company products
. Take lead in business development initiatives and identify opportunities to penetrate company products in new markets
. Collaborate with product management and sales teams to resolve customer challenges
. Conduct meetings and presentations with clients (both existing and prospective)
. Report to the sales manager with periodic reports

Candidate Profile and Experience
. Ideal candidate should possess 2 years of sales experience preferably in IT solutions environment
. Strong and documented track record of account management/sales achievement
. Excellent solution selling, negotiation and closing skills.
. Passion, vision and a great work ethic are essential for this position
. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
. Possess excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
. Should be bilingual with good communication skills, fluent in English and Arabic
. Should be open to travel within KSA and other GCC countries if required

Education Qualifications
. Degree in Computer Science
. Post-graduation in a recognized business program or equivalent is preferred
