Role
Amanah XData, a rapidly emerging Financial Technology Solutions Provider, is looking for a qualified, experienced Office Manager to run the administrative operations of our office in Riyadh, KSA.
Job description
. Should possess ability to deal with all logistical and administrative tasks in an office independently
. Arrange travel & manage visa processing tasks
. Liaising with members of the senior and top management team
. Organizing meetings and appointments
. Organizing recruitment of new personnel
. Keeping personnel records
. Managing the office budget
. Manage employee payroll
. Managing and procuring office supplies including but not limited to office furniture, stationary, computer hardware and other IT related supplies
. Ability to communicate with employees of varied nationalities and grades as well as dealing with vendors and suppliers.
. Perform secretarial functions, documentation, and manage email and post
. Ensure confidentiality is maintained in certain tasks
. Report to senior management and top management with periodic reports.
Candidate profile and Experience
. Should possess 2-4 years office management experience within KSA with excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal and secretarial skills
. Result-oriented, honest, hard working individual
. Experience of processing visas of various types
. Experience in Information technology/telecommunication/financial sector is desired although not essential
. Bilingual, fluency in English and Arabic is a must
. Excellent MS office skills
. Good planner who pays attention to details.
. The desired candidate must be an Arab national residing in Riyadh, KSA with a valid driving license.

Bachelor degree with the relevant major
